  I dont normally give negative reviews, but the way these guys fluffed me around with my property was terrible. I was getting notices that my water bills whernt beeing payed, my agent was being changed quarterlie on me. Without going into to much detail, if i could give these guys less than 1 star i would. If you want to get fluffed around and not be cared about, choose these guys.

  Marine is a professional property manager who is always organized and truly cares about her portfolio. Every time she organizes reports with us she described as much information as possible to make our life easier. I would allow Marine to look after any future investments.
