  Customer service was below average. Forgot to call me back after my bike was fixed for days. Just ask for credit card and I had to ask for the total. Didn't bother explaining what they have fixed on the bike and take time to run me through it. "Just give your card here mate, forget about the cost" Didn't even care about me needing an extra helmet and shoe - which was written on the service card. There was no one else but me, didn't bother. No apologies for the lateness. Didn't want me as a customer, I get it. - I will not come back. - I can see that they have great review here, but this was my experience today. Bike looks clean and well serviced - unsure of the $339 total cost service as I don't know much about pricing.

  The professionalism and knowledge shown by KP, Matt and Jack through the entire process of buying my Project One Speed Concept through the build phase and the final fit was second to none. I'll be buying my roadie through these guys and recommending them to all of my friends and family.
