  I've seen a car on gumtree, checked the opening hours, went there and found the gate open and nobody in the shop. After 20min I rang them up and been told they will get there in 5min, then after another 30min of waiting I left. Then I went there another day to check a car out, been told that everything works perfectly with no issue at all, then went for a drive and (fortunately!!) found out that the electric window is not working and leaking from the engine. Then I let them know what I've just found out and they said :"sorry but we forgot to tell you that". Of course i decided not to buy the car because there could be other things that they "forgot" to tell me..be aware and try to avoid them..

  We looked at many other dealership's only to be disappointed with rude and very pushy sales people. These guys are very refreshing and it was a very enjoyable experience, like it should be.

  I never write reviews but today I went into Oxford Motors and I was taken away by the professionalism that this company has. The girl running the yard has great organisation skills and the up most professional customer service. I felt so comfortable to walk around the yard without the sales pressure and anything she could be of assistance she did her best to accommodate me.
